What is the hiring process like?
In general, this is what to expect from our recruitment process:
1. Submit your resume through any of the hiring portals linked on our job posts
2. Our Recruitment team will reach out to you with a screening test
3. After the test, we will schedule a screening interview with you

Can I apply for a job that is not advertised?
Although we prioritize applications for advertised job positions, you can also apply for another role that best matches your skills, interests, and chosen career path. We always hold on to every application that we receive and contact candidates that we consider to be a great fit for the role.
How soon will I receive an update about my application?
We normally process and send out application updates within 1-2 weeks of screening and interviews.
I applied before but I didn't pass the recruiting process. Can I apply again?
Yes! We know that your experiences might change from the last time you applied, so we are open to applicants who didn't make the cut previously to apply again to any of our next job openings if they see they could be a good fit for the role.
Can your cleaners speak English?
Yes, all of our home cleaners can understand and communicate in at least basic English. However, we request your patience and understanding when giving them instructions.
How do I make my application stand out?
From the cover letter down to the job application, we're always on the lookout for applicants who can say why they're the right person for the job, and why they should be a great fit for our team.
